We start with the property owner's description of the problem. Useful basics include where the property is located, what symptoms are visible, and which type of foundation concern prompted the request. We do not tell the homeowner that a specific repair is required — that conclusion belongs to the independent professional evaluating the property.
When a referral is possible, the project information may be shared with an independent provider that serves the area. From that point, inspection methods, recommendations, estimates, appointments, repair agreements, payment terms, workmanship, and warranties are handled directly between the property owner and the provider.
